Bill Guptill's Ceramics is owned and operated By Bill Guptill and his partner Paul Corbin.
Bill grew up in New Sharon Maine, and majored in Art, Painting and Drawing. He took extensive Art Classes while growing up. After seeing quite a bit of the east coast in the 1980's, he settled back in Maine in the 1990's ad has continued his artistic work now on Ceramics and Wood. His work can be seen online on FaceBook under Bill & Paul's Creative Arts. Bill takes great Pains and immense pride in the quality of his work, and anything that does not meet his satisfaction of workmanship does not get put out for sale.
Paul Grew up in the Belfast area of Maine, after graduating High School he joined the U.S. Marines, and spent the next 4 years seeing Japan, Korea, Guam, California and of Course Paris island South Carolina. After his tour in the Marines Paul settled back in Maine where he joined Crowe Rope Industries for the next 11 1/2 years until right before their closure in the early 2,000's. Paul Now works with Bill on the ceramics. Paul Makes the ceramics and Bill paints them. A true Symbiotic relationship
