Can I change my Organization's Member User ID? |
| | Yes, but you must contact FNO ( support@festivalnet.com ) to do that. Please keep track of your User ID and Password. You must log in with the User ID listed with your event(s) in order to add or update an event. We prefer that you keep the User ID currently listed for your event/organization, but it is not required. |

What if I registered the wrong Member User ID? |
| | If you have registered a User ID different from the one listed with your event(s), or you want a different User ID, please contact FNO ( support@festivalnet.com ) to have this changed. To update an event you must be logged in with the User ID listed with your event(s). |

How do I know if my Organization already has a User ID? |
| | Do a search from the "Festivals Access" page<<http://festivalnet.com/search_tosee_if_listed.html>>. If you find your event, that means your organization has a User ID, but it may not be registered. If "no" appears next to the word "Registered?" you need to register that User ID, which means choosing a password and email address to be tied to your organization's User ID. |
