10 How do I find only art shows?
Here are the ways you can search to look for art shows.

Select "Juried events only" or select "Juried events" and check "Events w/Prize Money," BUT keep the default settings for other options like "what booths are allowed."

In the search options, select "fine art" or "fine craft" for "what booths are allowed," but keep the default settings for other options like "juried" or "entertainment" or prize money.

Keep in mind, it is always better to select FEWER search options to improve your search results. Also, ALWAYS check with an event to verify that they DO or DO NOT allow what you are selling. It never hurts to ask!

11 How do I rate shows?
Make sure you are logged in to FNO and from the tabs at the top, select "Events" and "Pro Serch." Submit your search and in the results you will see ratings in the upper right corner for each event along with links to add ratings.

If you are not an FNO Member, you may become a basic member for free and then rate shows. Go here: Member Info

12 Where do I find Show Ratings?
In your search results, show ratings can be found in the upper right corner of the summary box for each event and on the full show details page as well.

Because the show ratings feature is still relatively new (and the database is so large), you will see many events that have not yet been rated. When a show has been rated, you'll see a number (1 to 5, where 5 = the best) instead of a dash ( - ) next to Rating (above Rate it. Go!).

To see the rating details, click on the rating number.

    Show Ratings tip:
A good way to check on a promoter that you're not familiar with is to use the All Shows By This Promoter link that's at the bottom of each summary box -- clicking on this will bring up all the events listed for that promoter, so that even if a particular event is unrated, you can quickly scan to see how the promoter's OTHER events rate.
