    4 What is the FNO Community (member & general)?
     
    A gathering place for anyone that works or participates in the festival, events, art show or craft show industry (i.e. artists, crafters, musicians, bands, performers, promoters, commercial vendors, food vendors, service providers, festival goers). Our community offers the following features:

    All visitors can browse member sites, view products of FNO members, read forum posts, use the free festivals and events search and view member calendars and galleries.

    FNO members can create their own site with pictures, videos, personal calendar & blogs. Members can post upcoming events they will be working at, post and respond in the FNO forums, communicate directly with other members and create a friends list.

    5 What is the difference between My Account, Your Profile, Your Site and FNO Account Details?
     
    My Account is like your control center. You can access all member features from your My Account area. From here you can modify your profile & fno account details, manage your e-lists and access the Pro search to find events.

    Your Profile is the first page of your site on FNO (think if it as your home page). It contains all your pertinent information like; your bio, where you are located, your member category, medium/materials and contacts. From the Your Profile tab in My Account you can change this information that is displayed on your site.

    Your Site is the combination of Your Profile, Blogs, Gallery, Calendar, Video and Friends. All of these items can be viewed at your site. You can also create a custom URL (web address) i.e.\http://festivalnet.com/johns_cool_stuff

    FNO Account Details contains all information about your FNO account, including name, address, phone, contacts, credit card information, membership level and company description.

    6 How do I modify My Profile?
     
    Go to My Account and select Your Profile. Then from the drop down menu select "Modify Profile". From here make your changes and click on modify profile at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
