What if I don't want my Profile to appear on the FNO site? |

Go to My Account and select Your Profile, in the drop down menu select "Modify Profile". From here scroll down and check the option to make your profile private and click modify profile at the bottom of the page. |

What is my personal URL (web site address)? |

http://festivalnet.com/xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is whatever name you put in the "Your Site URL Name" field in Modify Profile. To change this, go to My Account and select Your Profile. Then select "Modify Profile" and change the name in the "Your Site URL Name" field. at the bottom of the page click Submit Changes. |

How do I unblock a member I blocked in my InBox? |
| | In the top part of your InBox you will see a "Blocked Users" button. Click that and you will see a list of blocked users. Delete the user name of the member you want to remove from your blocked list and click save (be sure to delete the whole line, don't leave a blank space). |
