We own a stainless hot dog trailer and a B.B.Q. smoker. Professional slicer to make sandwiches fresh with house made bread on the spot.

The hot dog trailer can also be used for any foods that are steamed or boiled. (i.e. ravioli, tamale, etc.)

We also feature house made Focaccia & Biscotti.
