Amadi Catering is a new family owned catering company in the great state of Texas. Chef owner is Marriea Layton who studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Amadi Caterings mission is quite simple; to "create excellent memories". While our culinary focus is influenced greatly by Southern comfort foods, we pride ourselves in our creative talent to produce quality refined cuisine.
