Rampueng is the owner and chef. Her mother- in-law, Denise is the manager, and step-son Jonathan handles food orders in and out.
We all live in Pacific Grove. Rampueng had her own restaurant in Thailand for 25 years. Our goal is to allow people to taste authentic Thai food and enjoy the different spices in dishes freshly prepared. Everything is prepared dish by the dish, no short cuts. The presentation of the food is beautiful with the incredible smell of spices, enhanced with lime, chilies and sweet and sour tastes. Premium quality ingredients only are used!
What motivates us to do this work? We love the people that come and try our authentic food. When we hear it is the best Thai food ever, we all grin. Each dish is prepared for individual taste and Pueng loves to cook.
