About

Cynthia Holiday, Jazz & Blues Song Stylist, Fort Lee, NJ

Member Since: April 30, 2014
Fort Lee, New Jersey
Cynthia Holiday, Jazz & Blues Band. Cynthia Holiday is a popular vocalist who performs with her band through-out the US and internationally.  Her repertoire consists of jazz, blues, and adult contemporary music for all demographic groups. Themed shows are created such as Tribute to Billie Holiday, Great Jazz & Blues Women, Blues & Grooves, Holiday themes and many others. WBGO Jazz88 FM host Sheila Anderson says “Cynthia seeks to continue the tradition of jazz women who sing the blues, a style that has become a lost art among vocalists. I hear the humor of Helen Humes, the soul of Ernestine Anderson, the warm timber of Nancy Wilson and the storytelling of Marlena Shaw, but make no mistake, what you hear is pure Cynthia Holiday.”
