As an avid handmade shopper and admirer of inventive artisans for many years, I have finally channeled my after hours creative adrenaline into my own online site so that I can share my passion for making these earrings and to ease my guilt (hundreds in my own collection and counting!). My jewelry is made with loving attention to detail and quality; most all findings are either gold plated or gold filled over brass, and antiqued or raw brass when I am making a pair with a more vintage feel...They are my original designs that you will not find anywhere else!
I have chosen the gold plated solid brass lever back and French ear wires carefully so that they add to the beauty of the earrings and will remain secure when wearing; there is nothing more disappointing than losing one of a set that falls off unnoticed! Only when I feel the combinations of colors and components are just right will I post a pair for my shop. Many of the beads I use to create my designs are chosen from a vintage collection I started over 15 years ago; there is something so exciting about finding a new or vintage component to inspire a new pair! My biggest dilemma is parting with the designs, which is why I almost always reserve a copy for myself. This is why my personal collection is getting out of control! I have designed and printed my own logo/stickers and have crafted all my gift boxes by hand. The packaging and ribbon/sticker colors will change with the seasons and holidays for gifting... All earrings are sent in their gift boxes wrapped in tissue in a lovely little faux velvet black drawstring bag with a dangle charm (as pictured in some of the listing views) at no extra charge. The delivery/postage fees include insurance and tracking for security! I have designed both the earrings and packaging to feel special and unique; my goal is to see that you are nothing less than thrilled with your purchase!
