We had a BBQ/Hawaiian Style food truck in Washington, creating Hawaiian style food plates with choices of pulled pork, brisket, Kalua Pig and baby back ribs. We've recently moved to southern California and are starting up again with a trailered smoker for events, farmer markets and private parties. We've had many years in the food industry, and growing up in Hawaii cooking pig in the ground for many people, we have great appreciation for flavor and culture. We've had our BBQ sauce bottled and create heat with Hawaiian chili peppers. Great BBQ with a Hawaiian flair.
