Rosanne Wellmaker lives, creates and teaches lampworking In Deer Park LI NY. Although she is a graduate of Queens College, Rosanne is mainly initially a self taught glass artist. In 2003 she combined art courses from college with glass books and videos to learn her skills. She has since spent time studying in Italy and attended Glass Art Society Conferences, Art glass Invitationals, and classes and workshops with various artists over the years to hone her skills. Rosanne creates one of a kind glass sculptures, Jewelry, gift items, kiln formed clocks and mixed media art. She specializes in lampworked aquatic life and nature inspired sculptures and wall art. Gift items including bottle stoppers and ornaments are available for wholesale and corporate events. Special orders and wedding cake toppers available upon request.
