“Like most families, we come from very humble beginnings and have witnessed many loved ones affected by cancer. Working from home was not just an option, but a necessity for us. As a cancer survivor myself (Amy), I needed a way to work from home while still being able to express myself creatively. We also wanted our work to mean something and decided the best way for us to give back was to start our own business.
Although we have been in the candle making industry for more than 10 years, the Charity Candles website was launched on May 24th, 2014. Since then we have been able to raise more than $2500 for the American Cancer Society. For every candle sold, we donate $1 to the American Cancer Society. Our goal for 2014 is to raise a minimum of $5000 for ACS.
Charity Candles, LLC is a family owned business dedicated to providing quality jewelry candle products while helping raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
