Thanks for visiting my BSBoutique where you will always find stylish quality exceeding your expectations in each of my original hand knit designs. Most of my unique neck-wear "buttons on and off" to accommodate climates all over the world. Each makes a fashion statement and keeps you receiving lots of compliments year round.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made via Paypal or I can invoice your credit card number through my ProPay credit card system for immediate shipment so you can start enjoying your custom design right away. I do collect NC sales tax but not on out-of-state customers.
Shipping & Order Processing:
We ship via the US Postal Service so we can mail to you daily except on Sundays. You will not have to wait long to start enjoying your new wearable art. In most cases. I use a flat rate shipping fee of $4.00 for First Class Shipping within the US, $8.00 for Canada. Elsewhere is $14.00. I will be happy to set up Priority Mail for you should you desire faster service. It does nearly double the fee. Contact me at the time of ordering if you'd like me to do this for you. Insurance is not included but can be added for an additional charge if you should request it with order. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me in 14 days. Your refund will be credited back or item exchanged (buyer's choice) with buyer paying return Priority mail. Send us an email to request your RMA number in order to return an order. Thanks.
