Payments: Payments are made at time of purchase. PayPal, check, money order are all accepted methods of payment.
Shipping & Order Processing: I ship within 3 to 5 days from purchase typically via USPS. Shipping only within the continental US.
Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges. Products are sold as is. Each candle is hand crafted and has inherent natural imperfections. This is a natural beeswax product and is perishable in extreme temperatures.
Additional Information: Beeswax candles burn cleanly, last over twice as long as toxic paraffin candles, and enhance your personal environment with an all natural sustainable resource. Beeswax candles do, however, require a little bit more care when burning. Please remember to keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, do not leave candles burning for extended periods of time as they must be allowed to rest, and use appropriate candle holders and heat resistant containers when burning.
