Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Afterpay
Refunds and Exchanges: Buyers can request returns for damaged items, incorrect items or missing items. Consuela’s Elite Boutique may accept returns if the product is damaged or defective. Buyers have 3 days from the date showing delivered to request a return and have to wait for approval by the vendor. If approved by the vendor (which is not guaranteed), shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise returned or exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging when received; otherwise, the request will not be authorized. Shipping and handling fees are final and will not be refunded.
Additional Information: Please check shipping address. If items are undeliverable, you will be held responsible for shipping cost to resend package back to you.. If Consuela’s Elite Boutique input incorrect address, Consuela’s Elite Boutique will reship no cost to customer.
If items are returned due to undeliverable or incorrect address given by customer or USPS, FED EX, DHL and UPS stated unable to deliver, bad address etc, you will have 5 days to pay for shipping cost, no exception. On the 6th day items will be restocked and not returned. If items are undeliverable there will be no refund. Please check address.
Items Not Returnable: Lingerie, Soaps, Lotions, Powder, Beard Oil, Oils, Adult Toys, Perfume & Cologne
Delivery Time: It can take anywhere from 7-15 days for items to be received, due to some items not on hand and other items such as soaps, lotions etc , can take a little longer because it's hand made. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order. All items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of placing order.
