Shipping & Order Processing:
Dragonfly Blessings will do it's best to keep finished items in stock.  However, if there are unexpected large orders, please allow up to 5 days for processing.  Each pendant takes up to 4 days for the jewelry grade resin to cure properly.  

All orders will be shipped by USPS and receive a tracking number.  

Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds will be honored for 30 days. Item must be returned in same condition as received to receive refund. (unless damage is caused by USPS) If damage is caused by USPS, pictures are required at within 24-48 hours of damaged item.  
Since the alcohol inks on the domino style pendants are unique and two are never the same on the back and sides, pictures of actual item will be sent upon request before shipping.
