My Shop Policies

Welcome Message: Welcome to my On-line Shop.  Feel free to browse the products and contact me with any questions.  I create one of a kind Portraits in wood and hand made Puzzles, Toys, Trivets, Plaques and more.

The wood portraits shown are samples of my work with general pricing for one subject; two subjects; etc..  If you are interested in having a custom portrait done, please contact me for prices and lead times.  You can send me a picture,  via email, and I will convert it into a pattern; then, after your approval on the pattern, I will cut your picture into wood.

Payments: Preferred Payment method is via PayPal or major credit card. If you wish to pay by check or money order, shipment will occur after funds clear.

Shipping & Order Processing:  Customer pays for standard USPS shipping.  Items in stock, other than portraits, will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. Out of stock items, or for most custom work, items will ship in 2 to 4 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges:  Any custom work or personal portrait is non-refundable, because it was made for you, and cannot be resold.  For damages on normal stock items, the customer must notify me within 7 days after receipt, with pictures of the damages.  I will work with you to either get a replacement to you, or a refund.

Additional Information:  Note, all items are made from wood. Please remember this, when buying toys, puzzles, etc, so please buy age appropriate items for children and monitor their use.  Wood, as with plastic, can be broken and cause injury, or become a choking hazard.
