Many of the pieces are handmade at the time of your order, please allow 2-14 days to ship depending on the type of artwork you are purchasing. Every design will be a little different which makes your piece unique and one of a kind. The photo is a good representation of what your piece will look like but it's not exact. I use the same materials and measurements, and take pride in making each piece with equal attention to detail and craftsmanship.

*Note: If using a credit card you can pay through PayPal without forming an account. PayPal is a safe and convenient way to shop, and all of your information is kept private.
Shipping & Order Processing:* Shipping methods are USPS First Class Mail.
*Items Ready to Ship accordingly specifics bellow,If item is MADE TO ORDER, shipping estimate will be determined depending on that particular item (s).
* Jewelry: We ship within 48 hours after your payment has been received.
* MetalWork: We ship within 5-10 days after your payment has been received.
* Mirror & Glass Crafts: We ship within 14 days after your payment has been received.
* An email confirmation will be sent to you when your item is being shipped.
* We are not responsible for lost items unless it was our mailing error.
* All packages are carefully wrapped in eco-friendly material and packaging.
*Custom orders will delay shipping,We will determine the estimated time for shipping accordingly with the specifications, type, measurements, etc. however, and upon completion of your order I will notify you that the item is finished and when it will be shipped.
* Items will be shipped to the address provided by Etsy. If you want your order shipped to another location, please convo me and let me know within 24 hours of placing your order.
*I do not automatically insure packages, but if you would like insurance, please email me before you order.Shipping cost will increased at buyer expense.
* international Orders,customer should inquire about shipping cost and estimates before completing the purchase/sale.

Refunds and Exchanges:It is our supreme importance that the buyer is happy with their items
*If for any reason you feel the need to cancel an order, PLEASE contact me so this can be completed through the proper channels. If you change your mind about a purchase, it isn't a big deal, but please just let me know so I can relist the item(s). Items can be relisted easily, and if I know you have changed your mind, I can do this sooner rather than later.
* Returns & exchanges are gladly accepted within 5 days after receiving your purchase... you must email us at gdegarcia [!at] laroca-gallery.com or laroca [!at] laroca-gallery.com first please. All items need to be returned in unworn condition.
* Custom Items will have a re-stocking fee if returned. I will email to you on amount.
* Any Return's Shipping expenses are responsibility of the buyer.
