Shipping & Order Processing:All efforts are made to process orders for shipping on the day they are made.  Weekends may slow this process.

Refunds and Exchanges:Refunds are allowed for unhappy patrons so long as the purchased item remains intact.  Exchanges are welcomed to allow a patron to be happy with their selection.
