Payments: We accept Visa, MC, American Express & Discover via secure Pay Pal Payment Gateway. You may also pay by personal check by mailing to: Village Soap Works 813 N Ayr Rd, Pellston, MI 49769, product will ship once your check has cleared.
Shipping & Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 days for processing once your order & payment has been received. Your package will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges: If we have made an error with your order or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your product. We do offer exchanges and/or replacements. Products must be returned in their original packaging and you are responsible for return postage, however, that will be refunded to you when we reship the correct product back to you. If you have simply changed your mind and would like to exchange a product, the product must be returned undamaged and its original package and you are responsible for return postage.
