So gentle I even use this as my shampoo and my hair has never been shinier or healthier. Like getting 2 products for the price of one. (I have not bought shampoo or conditioner since). Hand made from what nature has to offer, hand poured and hand cut. Bars are about 2 1/2 - 3 oz.
