The festival will feature artists displaying their own original work in all mediums of fine art and fine craft. Artists will be present to discuss their work. All artwork is available for purchase. Artwork on display will include paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramic, glass, wood, metal, mixed media, digital, jewelry, and an array of handmade treasures. The event has ample free parking and free admission. The hours are from 10:00 am to 5:00

Governor’s Plan to reopen:

Gov. Newsom (D) announces "Blueprint for a Safer Economy" overhauling CA's reopening process. Counties will be placed in a color-coded tier system based upon COVID-19's prevalance in each county. Each color corresponds to how businesses may reopen and operate. Purple being the most restrictive, followed by Red, Orange, and Yellow as the least restrictive. Counties' color-placement is based upon 1. number of cases per 100,000 residents and percentage of positive COVID-19 cases. Counties must remain in each tier except purple for at least 21 days before being eligible to enter the next tier. (from 8/28)

Requirement. Mandates that face coverings be worn state-wide in public places. Lays out certain exceptions.

Mass Gathering Restrictions:

Gatherings with 250 people or more should be rescheduled or canceled. Smaller gatherings can proceed so long as social distanced 6 feet can be maintained.
