The 1881 Custer County Courthouse is on the National Historical Building Registry and is a History Museum depicting the History of Custer County and the surrounding Black Hills of South Dakota.
The Old Time Country Fair is an annual event held over the Independence Day Holiday. This year's event begins on Sunday July 1 and ends Wednesday July 4th. Hours are 10 am to 7 pm. Nearly two-dozen outstanding vendors will be featured included unique and tasty food selections as well as outstanding crafts offered by talented artistic individuals. There is no admission fee for the OTCF Vendor area. There is a small admission fee to the historic Museum.
