5/29 Gov. Stitt announced that on 6/1 Phase 3 of the Open Up and Recover Safely Plane would go into effect

Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Oklahoma began Phase 3 of reopening on 6/1. As part of Phase 3 there are no limits to group sizes, provided businesses, event organizers and local officials consider social distancing.
