Governor’s Plan to reopen:
Roadmap to Reopen Indiana for Hoosiers, Businesses, and State Government. E.O. 20-42 extends Stage 4.5 of reopening until September 25.
Mask Mandates:
E.O. 20-42 extends the mask requirement until September 25. E.O. 20-43 extends ther requirement until October 17. Initial order requires face coverings to be worn in indoor public spaces, on public transportation, and spaces where social distancing is not possible by everyone over the age of 8.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
E.O. 20-43 requires all gatherings of 500 or more people to submit an event plan for approval. Under Stage 4 of reopening, gatherings of up to 250 people are permitted as long as social distancing guidelines are followed. Under Stage 3 of reopening, gatherings of up to 100 people were permitted as long as social distancing guidelines were followed
