The administration will utilize a three-phase matrix to determine when counties and/or regions are ready to begin easing some restrictions on work, congregate settings, and social interactions.

Mask Mandates:

Masks must be worn whenever anyone leaves home.

Mass Gathering Restrictions:

Under, reopening plan, in yellow phase, large gatherings of more than 25 prohibited. In green phase, large gatherings of more than 250 prohibited. As of July 3, all counties in state are in green phase.
