Requirement. All patrons in the Commonwealth aged ten and over shall when entering, exiting, traveling through, and spending time inside the specified settings cover their mouth and nose with a face covering.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Phase Three Easing of Certain Temporary Restrictions Due to Novel Coronavirus. Allows for gatherings of up to 250 people indoors and outdoors. EO 68 (effective 7/31) establishes a 50 person gathering limit for the Hampton Roads area only.
