On The Delaware is the Philadelphia original music festival located near the banks of the Delaware River. The festival exists to showcase the tremendous original talent in the tri‑state area. Due to the COVID‑disrupted landscape ‑ which changes DAILY ‑ details will change frequently so be sure to follow us on all social media to keep up to date. We plan on 2021 being The Year The Music Returns.

Governor’s Plan to reopen:
The administration will utilize a three-phase matrix to determine when counties and/or regions are ready to begin easing some restrictions on work, congregate settings, and social interactions.
Mask Mandates:
Requirement. Masks must be worn whenever anyone leaves home. Updated order requires when outdoors, a mask must be worn if you are not able to remain physically distant (at least 6 feet away) from someone not in your household the entire time you are outdoors. When indoors, masks will now be required even if you are physically distant from members not in your household. This means that even if you are able to be 6 feet apart, you will need to wear a mask while inside if with people other than members of your household. This order applies to every indoor facility, including homes, retail establishments, gyms, doctors’ offices, public transportation, and anywhere food is prepared, packaged or served.
Mass Gathering Restrictions:
Currently, Pennsylvania is using a maximum occupancy calculator to determine how many attendees are allowed at indoor and outdoor events in the state. The calculator ranges from 5-10% maximum occupancy and no events over 500 people for indoor events and 5-15% maximum occupancy and no events over 2,500 people for outdoor events. The state "advises against" household gatherings when attendees include non-household members, but it is not prohibited.
