A Spring Celebration and Sheep Shearing!
This special fundraising event will feature the shearing of the Shetland sheep, “Cloud” and “Storm”, and the Angora goats, “Rue” and “Finnick” by members of The Fiber Guild of the Savannahs. Guild members will be demonstrating many fiber arts techniques as well as how the fleece is processed into a garment of warmth and beauty. The Heritage Home Site stage will feature local musicians, Joe Nelson and James Pittman, and a Junior Jam Session.
