We are pleased to announce that 3rd Thursdays in Manchester, MI will be taking place again in 2020. The events include an artist & vendor tent with over 40 booths, International Food Crawl 5 different Manchester restaurants participating, a party tent with live music, Kids Alley with several activities and games, hay rides around town, street performers including fire twirlers and dancers.

Mask Mandates:

Emergency Order Under MCL 333.2253 required people to wear face coverings when participating in gatherings. It will also require employers to provide at least cloth face coverings to their employees. New EO includes enforcement provisions & penalties. E0 2020-185 requires all students kindergarten and up to wear a mask while at school. required by 2020 EO-59 & EO-96. Replaces 2020 EO-147.

Mass Gathering Restrictions:

Indoor social gatherings at residential venues of more than 10 people from no more than 2 households are permitted provided each person at the gathering wears a face covering. Social gatherings at non-residential venues are prohibited. Outdoor gatherings of up to 25 persons from no more than 3 households are permitted if each person at the gathering wears a face covering. At non-residential venues, 25 or fewer persons are gathered at a venue without fixed seating, and attendance is limited to 20 persons per 1,000 square feet, including within any distinct area within the event space; 25 or fewer persons are gathered at a venue with fixed seating, and attendance is limited to 20% of seating capacity of the venue. Original restrictions on large gatherings contained in EO 2020-05.
