New Port Richey Main Street is issuing a call to professional and emerging artists to participate in a chalk art festival Artists will be given a 7'x3' space to design, colored chalk and refreshments Design must include pets and strawberries and can range from abstract to portraits to whatever the imagination will allow.Artists will pick up their supplies and their location beginning at 8am. The number of artists is limited. Awards will be given for most comical, most creative, most realistic and people's choice. All artwork must be finished by 1pm. Please no nudity, profanity or objectionable language or subject matter.
