AESM Enterprises Dba E's Legendary Boulettes, Largo, FL
E'S Legendary Boulettes are delicious beef boulettes (little balls). Try them with one of our original recipe sauces: French style garlic, onion glaze sauce, Jamaican Jerk sauce, or spicy Cajun. E'S Legendary Boulettes are offered alone by the bowl or skewer, on a hoagie roll with chips and a pickle, or over rice or egg noodles with a spring mix salad. Additional products are offered as events allow such as Tuna and Chicken Salad Wraps, Kabobs with Rice, and Sloppy Joes. Prepackaged, fully cooked, frozen boulettes will be available at some events. In the future, our menu will be expanded to include seafood, turkey and cheese boulettes and additional sauces. Our boulettes have been a big hit with our festival patrons and we’re sure that they will add an exciting new taste to your event. We are DBPA licensed and insured.
