The 44th Annual Christmas Showcase in Little Rock is sponsored by the Arkansas Craft Guild, which was incorporated as a cooperative in 1962 to promote and preserve the finest traditional and contemporary handmade crafts of Arkansas. We provide a collaborative environment where craftsmen and women explore and develop their art, while building a market for the highest quality products. Today, some 200 fine artists and craft artisans make up the Guild's all Arkansas membership. For 60 years, Guild members' work has been juried on the basis of quality, design and fine craftsmanship. The Arkansas Craft Gallery in Mountain View is the retail showroom for the traditional and contemporary work of many Guild members. The Guild presents the yearly Christmas Showcase in Little Rock and two Artisans Markets on the Square in Mountain View. New Guild membership applications are juried three times per year.
