Great Pitt cooked BBQ . We have a 26 foot mobile kitchen with a 6' drop down deck on the back to expand a smoking deck. We cook what ever you need BBQ, native American food, buffalo burgers, hot dogs, smoked foods, grilled fish, wood fired pizza , boardwalk fries, ribs, turkey legs and other good home cooking. We can customize a menu for your show. Our kitchen looks like a log house.
