At Buffalo Run Leather, I make pouches, shoulder bags, clutch purses and peace pipe bags from American bison, cow and dear hides. I make everything myself, by hand, using no machinery. My bags are rustic looking, resembling mountain man possibles bags, accented with lots of fringe, decorative conchos, abalone and deer antler pieces. They are heavy duty and made to last a lifetime. I've been working with leather since I was a young boy. I love every piece that I make and sometimes it's hard to part with them, but if I can find a good home for them and earn enough to buy more leather that I can work with, I'm happy. I am a full time nurse with Vanderbilt Medical Center and a part time minister. I only do what I love in life.
