We are a family owned business. Our flavors of Birria have been passed down to us from a Sweet woman named Beneranda Vasquez she is the mother of Owner Lila Vasquez. Beneranda grew up in Michoacán,Mexico.
Lila Vasquez grew up in Los Angeles California. Both regions combined and we bring you Cali Birria.
