Carolina's Chocolate is a rich dark chocolate blended with a variety of spices that are flavors of my heritage and of the Southwest. Cinnamon and Cayenne are swirled together to make the perfect Mexican hot chocolate. Smokey Joe is rich and dark with smoky hints that goes well with a bit of red wine. Jalisco Jalapeno is a surprising mix of cream, butter, cinnamon and jalapeno, that you can't get enough of. All flavors are of my memories in my grandmothers kitchen here in Arizona.
