Caroline Summerfest is a free, family arts and entertainment festival. 2016 theme is Jazzin' Up the Streets. Festival inlcudes free arts activites for youth on Saturday, Car Show, Artisans, Food, games, KidzArt, Music, and Strolling Performers. Free parking and shuttle service.
