Having always loved beads, I began working with them 20 years ago as an apprentice seamstress, which led to bead-weaving, which progressed to jewelry making. In 2008, I added wire working to my crafting repertoire and the culmination is a line of jewelry that is easy to wear and a pleasure to make. Holding a Bachelors of Art in Studio Art from Wheaton College, I find the sculptural quality of wirework greatly appealing. I enjoy challenging myself to create small pictures in wire with minimal or no soldering. I currently live in North Carolina.
