The Craftsmen's Guild of MS is a 501c3 (nonprofit) arts organization. Our mission is to preserve, promote, and encourage excellence in craft. The Guild provides resources to help artisans make a living from their craft, guidelines to maintain the highest standards for craft, and educational programs to pass along craft skills and an appreciation for them to future generations. Today the Craftsmen's Guild represents over 350 artisans with 80% living in Mississippi and 20% from 17 other states. Membership is open to all whose work reflects a high degree of competence, professional standards, and artistry in their medium and category.
Once accepted for membership, you have the option to show and sell work at all sanctioned Guild events, including the award-winning Chimneyville Arts Festival-at home held every year on the first weekend in December at the Waller MS Craft Center in Ridgeland, MS. In addition to displaying and selling your work at the Guild's two beautiful galleries, Bill Waller MS Craft Center in Ridgeland, and the Outlets of MS in Pearl.
