My husband and I make a delicious Sweet Hot and Incredibly Tasty honey. We use Orange blossom raw honey and fresh datil peppers. Our hot honey taste good on chicken strips, on ham, and even on hot buttery popcorn. We also make a key lime and datil seasoning. Our seasoning is tangy with a little bite to it. it's like lemon pepper with a really nice kick. We put it on chicken, ribs, fresh slice avocado, all seafood, and it also taste very good on popcorn. Tshirts. Our new products this year are Blueberry sting ( honey infused with blueberry extract and datil peppers), datil malt vinegar, and strawberry datil pepper ice cream topping, Datil garlic salt, garlic powder and a Datil barbecue rub.
