Desert Swirl, Phoenix, AZ

Desert Swirl has been in business for over 30 years in the same location in Phoenix.  My wife and I purchased the business in 2015, and recently expanded in to the mobile business.  We have attended 3 vegan festivals, and are looking to book out for 2020.  While we serve frozen yogurt, non-dairy soft serve (almond milk and plant based), and hard ice cream at the shop, at festivals we serve only the non-dairy product on gluten free cones to keep the model simple and clean: no cups or spoons to fill the trash.  While the attached picture shows 2 tents, we can condense to one 10X10 pop-up. We are an independent business, which means we can be very flexible in our operation.  And we will employ local workers to assist us.  Our product is a dry mix that can be prepared on or off site, and is mixed with water only: no complicated cooking or prep work needed.  We are a unique addition to any festival or event as you cannot get our product in most places for now.  We are excited to join as many events as is possible.
