Dick Earls' Electric Witness

Member Since: November 2, 2017
Festival biz experience: 11+ years
The combination of Dick Earl Ericksen's stirring harmonica, guitar styling, and raw Blues vocals have been described as “honest and strong, from the depths of a true bluesman's soul.”  He has been featured as an on-stage and pit musician in Tuacahn's production of Roger Miller's Broadway musical, “Big River,” and has played with nationally acclaimed Blues artist Tas Cru, appearing on stages stretching from New York to Memphis to Las Vegas. His credits include opening for artists such as Billy Currington, Firehouse, Janet Robin, and Credence Clearwater Revisited, and is often called into the studio to add his mojo to other artists' work.
Dick Earl's Electric Witness is an astonishing production of layered sounds and rhythms that turn the purest of hearts to the Blues. Dick and his wife, Alice, were the stage managers for former Country Showdown winner, Carlie Wall and her band, and they teach music performance to children in their after-school program, The Academy, in St. George.
