Annual Arts Crafts and Antiques Show in McIntosh, Florida

Saturday, October 26, 2019 8 am to 4 pm

Free admission to the 1890 Festival held in Victorian McIntosh on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 8 am to 4 pm. Over 280 arts, crafts and antiques vendors will participate.

Old live oaks and Victorian homes provide shade and the backdrop for the all day free main stage entertainment. This year's entertainment will feature an array of music from country to Cajun, bluegrass to folk and gospel.

The museum in the old railroad depot will be open.

Van Ness Park is the central location for playground equipment, musical entertainment and chairs, benches and picnic tables. Brought back by popular demand, food vendors will offer a variety of options.

McIntosh is on Hwy 441, midway between Ocala and Gainesville. Parking is available in several privately run lots off of the highway with prices ranging from $5 to $10. Some of the churches on 441 allow parking for donations. Handicap parking is at avenue H and 4th street. The Marion County Sheriff's department will be directing traffic.

The 1890's Festival is sponsored by the Friends of McIntosh, a nonprofit, benevolent organization, dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural and historic beauty of McIntosh. Chartered since 1973, the organization has provided thousands of dollars in college scholarships to local young people, in addition to support or the McIntosh area charter school. The school, churches and local organizations depend on the festival for fundraisers.

This year special booths will be open for Operation Christmas Child, Boy Scouts of America Troop 439, SPCA of Ocala, American Cancer Society, the Florida Division of Food Safety, and Flemington Baptist Church Christmas cards for soldiers Non-profit booths are located at 8th and F street.
