GlobalRidge Artisans~It is our goal to Enrich, Empower and Educate the lives of the Maasai tribes in rural Kenya by creating reputable jobs and building sustainable economies. We sell hand beaded necklaces, ear-rings, bracelets, head pieces, Wedding necklaces, baskets, and ornaments made by Maasai women. We share a percentage of our profits with these Kenyan communities. The beads are made from recycled glass beads are meticulously threaded with wire. Larger items like bowls, necklaces and home décor pieces are made up of thousands of glass beads, while smaller items use hundreds of beads.
