I am Country Singer/Songwriter, Helen DeBaker-Vorce.
I have been singing and writing music since the age of approx. 13 years old.

One song on my CD called, "AWAY FROM HOME SOLDIERS" was voted "Top Pick" on Military radio.

Though-out my career I was signed with "Bakersfield Records" Bakerfield, California and "Wunder Sound" Publishing, Stephensville, Texas.
I also participated and won awards in many Country Colgate, Wrangler Country Showdown and songwriting contest.
At this time I am an independent artist.

David Frizzel, Canadian stars, Ronnie Prophet/Glory-Anne Prophet,T Graham Brown, Tommy Cash, Dickey Lee,Helen Cornelius,Michael Twitty, The Bellamy Brothers, Jim Glaser, George Hamilton IV,
Billie Joe Royal, Earl Thomas Conley and more.
Jan. 2012, I appeared on the, "Shotgun Variety Show" with "Steve Hall", on the "General Jackson Showboat" Nashville, Tenn..
The show was filmed live on RFD TV reaching 44 million homes and reached a million and a half viewers nation wide and Dish and Direct TV networks all across the country.
Through-out my years of entertaining I have performed at, Rodeo's, Casino's,Fairs, Festivals, Honky
Tonks, Weddings, Outdoor Concerts, and numerous halls including the, "Grand Ole Opry".
In 2009, I was inducted into the "Michigan Country Music, "Hall of Fame" and worked as a musician/ singer in the, "Michigan Hall of Fame" Band.
At the present time, I play music as a duet with my husband, Professional lead guitarist, Phil Vorce.
Together we use accompaniment tracks when we perform at our venues in the Northern Michigan area.
