The Henderson Historical Society & Museum,12581 Harborview Road (Co Rte 72) in the hamlet of Henderson, New York created the Henderson Heritage Day and Juried Craft Show during the Bicentennial year in 2006 to encourage original handicraft and artisans in New York State. Since that time the event has expanded to authors, exhibitors, non-profits, and period re-enactors. The event is the premier community event of the area.
