We are selling this magnificent Ranch property.  It would be a great event center, hunting Lodge, recreational property or use it as we did producing hay, cattle and organic produce.  My husband I have owned and operated a stunning Ranch in the lower Methow Valley for nearly 50 years. It's unique in its size, privacy, qualities and wildlife while being relatively close to Seattle.  It is in a Conservation Easement for all 430+ plus acres through the Methow Conservancy.

Our conservation efforts provided a sanctuary for wildlife, preserved natural habitat, kept erosion at bay by expanding our ponds, fortified ditches and grass waterways.  We are looking for people who understand the value of deep, rich alluvial soils (classified unique & rare by NRCS) 1st class water rights and abundant birds and game.

Enjoy the ultimate paradise. Fly into your own private valley in the sunny foothills of the east slope of the Cascades. Seattle is one hour away from your irrigated lawn grass runway. Spend your time at Hungry Mountain Ranch, hunting, fishing, horseback riding or snowmobiling out the front door. Or just relax on the deck soaking in the hot tub while gazing at specular night skies.  This rare property has one and a half miles of McFarland Creek frontage, 3 ponds and adjudicated 1st class water rights dating to 1891. The Ranch has been used for a commercial cow/calf program for 30 years.  It also was certified organic growing onions and garlic for three years.

Soak up the solitude of a dead end county road with only one neighbor beyond and being flanked on three sides by USFS. The town of Twisp is 22 miles away up the Methow Valley and 45 minutes of easy driving brings you to the largest groomed Nordic Ski Trail network in the United States. If Alpine skiing is your thing, the Loup Loup Ski Bowl with it's triple chair is 40 minutes away.  This is the first time available in 46 years of continuous ownership.  Owner Contract is available.

Best Wishes for a Happy 2020!
