We have 2+ years of catering/grilling experience delivering succulent beef tri-tip. We present a signature dish of Santa Maria style grilled tri-tip beef served with salsa, Bush's (can't beat'em) southwestern style pinto beans, macaroni salad, and grilled "garlic buttered" french bread.
Occasional menu items include grilled half chicken with a touch of spice, turkey legs, grilled corn on the cob, and specialty sausages to include linguicia portugese wine sausage.
Seasonally we may be offering Amish grown fresh vegetables as take out items to go with whole grilled and sliced tri-tip.
